Tina has worked with domestic violence/abuse for over twenty years; initially whilst serving as a Police Officer within Essex Police from 1990 until 2006; as a domestic violence liaison officer, she was also a sexual offences officer, family liaison officer, positive action officer and grievance advisor; dealing with abuse, bullying, discrimination, serious and traumatic incidents.
In both Essex and Greater Manchester she has been involved with Domestic Violence Forums in the capacity of the roles of Chair and Coordinator, being instrumental in setting up and implementing domestic violence initiatives, projects, raising awareness, running conferences and writing and delivering training on domestic violence. She has also been a trustee with Women Aid organisations in both Essex and Cheshire.
Since 2006 Tina has continued working within the field of domestic violence and other forms of abuse.
She is a Director of Selyor Ltd, and Director of Selyor Consultancy.

Susan's primary focus is on the wellbeing of others; and as such she has worked within Human Resource Management within a Corporate environment for the last eleven years. She is a Director Selyor Ltd, the parent company of Selyor Business Services which offers HR and coaching services to individuals, small businesses and corporate organisations, and Selyor Properties which is a successful nationwide property portfolio which also provides individual investment coaching.
In relation to domestic violence and other forms of abuse Susan is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed. She is an individual with energy, drive and passion which makes her involvement in MAD4DV invaluable.
